Eversheds advises US engineering company on strategic acquisition

Global law firm Eversheds has advised US engineering company Martin Engineering on the strategic acquisition of part of Hi-Tech International S.r.l.’s business operating in the energy services sector.

Martin Engineering is a world leader in making bulk material handling cleaner, safer and more productive.

The Eversheds M&A Diversified Industrial team was led by Milan based partner Riccardo Bianchini.
