Practice notes

Samantha Shorter is a principal associate in the finance group of the London office.

Samantha has acted for financial institutions, banks, corporates and sponsors on a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition transactions, corporate lending and borrowing, high-yield and asset-based finance transactions.

Prior to joining Eversheds, Samantha worked at a leading US law firm. Samantha has also spent 6 months on secondment in the leverage acquisition finance team of an investment bank.
