Anton is a highly experienced and qualified attorney, mainly specializing in commercial, corporate and compliance issues as well as in complex M&A transactions. Anton's clients include large international and Russian companies, mainly from the TMT and Diversified Industrials sectors.

Anton leads our TMT sector group in Russia, advising clients on IT law as well as on contractual and regulatory issues related to digitalization and cyber security, technology transactions, data protection matters and copyright issues.

He also advises public and private companies and their boards of directors with respect to corporate governance and general legal matters. In addition to his main specialization, Anton also advises on a wide range of other legal issues, including matters related to the application of Russian contract, investment, labor, real estate and customs legislation.

Anton's clients appreciate his competence drafting documents and his excellent negotiation skills. Anton’s track record includes numerous complex projects that he supported from the very initial stages until their successful implementation.
