Practice notes

Thomas is an associate in Eversheds Sutherland’s Employment Group. He has represented a variety of clients in Tribunal proceedings, responding to claims ranging from unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and unlawful deductions from wages to whistleblowing.

Since qualifying in 2017, Thomas spends time on both contentious and non-contentious matters. In this respect he has advised on redundancies, drafted policies and procedures and drawn up settlement agreements.
