Rupi is an Associate in our Real Estate Litigation team.
She advises on all aspects of commercial freehold and leasehold disputes. She acts for landlords and tenants on a range of issues including break options, dilapidations, rent reviews, forfeiture, breaches of covenants, recovery of arrears, consent issues, easements and lease renewals (unopposed and opposed).
Rupi sits as a director for the Hamstead Hall Academy Trust which is a comprehensive school trust in Birmingham and also her former school
