Jenny is a principal associate specialising in the real estate aspects of onshore and offshore energy projects.

She has experience of working with a broad range of technologies, from small scale schemes to nationally significant infrastructure projects.

Jenny’s recent experience includes managing the acquisition of onshore property rights for connection of several of the Round 3 wind farms, advising a developer on a portfolio purchase of ground mounted solar PV projects, representing a major institutional landowner in relation to the grant of rights for a community lead hydroelectric scheme, acting on behalf of an investment fund on their acquisition of a number of onshore wind farms, and advising a joint venture on leases for a waste to energy facility.
