Irina is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2014. Irina graduated from the Faculty of Law within the Lucian Blaga University Sibiu and holds a master degree in Public International Law from the Bucharest University. Irina advises primarily on Corporate and Commercial issues but also on Regulatory and Employment related issues. She speaks English, German and Romanian.
