Mihaela is currently an Associate within the Real Estate department. She advises primarily on Real estate issues and was involved in real estate transactions which included due diligence investigations, lease agreements as well as construction agreements and related advice.

Mihaela is a member of the Romanian Bar, she graduated from the Faculty of Law within the Bucharest University and holds a master’s degree in “Business Law”.
