Practice notes

Jasper is a newly qualified solicitor in our corporate group. He has experience in general corporate transactional work, including M&A, private equity and group reorganisations. He also has experience in the clean energy and financial services/fintech sector.

Jasper was seconded to our Luxembourg office where he worked on various international corporate matters.

Jasper holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in European law from Maastricht University. He completed both his graduate diploma in law at Cardiff University and his legal practice course at BPP University Bristol with Distinction.
