Cristina is a member of the Romanian Bar and presently part of our Real Estate department. She graduated from the Law School of Bucharest University and speaks Romanian and English.

Cristina’s main practice areas are real estate and construction. She was involved in real estate transactions which included due diligence investigations, construction agreements and related advice, drafting of relevant transaction documents for acquisition or sale of real estate assets. Also she was involved in various matters in relation to lease agreements for offices and retail spaces.
