Practice notes

Scott is an associate in our human resources practice group, specialising in pensions law.

Scott advises both companies and trustees on a full range of pensions matters. His recent work has included drafting scheme documentation, advising on equalisation, assisting with an asset backed funding transaction along with providing day to day scheme advice. Scott’s recent experience also includes advising on the pensions aspects of corporate transactions and the management of employer debt liabilities.

Scott is an associate member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
