Gerard is an associate in our Litigation and Dispute Management practice group, specialising in Commercial Dispute Resolution.

Gerard has experience in a wide range of commercial disputes, including both contract based and tortious claims.

Gerard’s recent experience includes:

  • acting on an £80m claim defending a global distribution company in relation to allegations of corporate espionage and theft of confidential information;
  • acting on an £80m dispute for a pharmaceutical manufacturer, defending against allegations of breach of contract, economic duress, conspiracy and defamation; and
  • working as part of a cross-office team defending a multi-million pound dispute arising out of a fatal road accident in a different jurisdiction
