Practice notes

Laura is an associate in our Human Resources Practice Group. Having qualified as a solicitor in 2017, Laura joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2019. Laura advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law and has experience in advising a broad range of clients within both the education and commercial sectors.

Laura provides day to day advice to clients in relation to discrimination issues, organisational change, negotiated exits and TUPE matters. Laura also regularly advises clients in respect of disciplinary, grievance and capability processes, providing practical support and guidance throughout.

With regard to contentious work, Laura has experience in acting for Respondents in respect of unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims. In addition to this, Laura also enjoys providing employment law and human resources training and seminars to clients.
