Nikhil Lawton–Misra is a Partner in our Corporate and Commercial practice. Nikhil has expertise in corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, telecommunications, memoranda of incorporations, shareholders agreements, securities and exchanges (including listings, JSE and general regulatory experience), share and employee incentive schemes, corporate restructures, due diligence investigations, master and other various commercial agreements.
