Practice notes

Joe is an associate in our Cardiff office, having qualified in September 2012. He is currently in the Investors REPG team where he predominantly assists with the real estate elements of clean energy projects.

Joe continues to act for a number of onshore and offshore wind farm developers such as RWE Npower Renewables, Stern Wind Limited and Infinergy Limited, involving schemes that range in scale from multi-turbine ROC schemes to single turbine feed-in-tariff installations.

In addition, Joe continues to act for a number of solar developers and funders, including (amongst others) Solargise Limited.

Joe also has a broad experience of clean energy projects, having assisted on various projects within the sector (including Maerdy Windfarm and Sleaford Biomass Plant) during his time as a trainee in the Construction and Corporate departments.
