Shane is an Associate in our Commercial Contracts team in London. He has experience in advising on a wide range of transactions for large international clients, with particular knowledge and experience in providing commercial contracts and procurement law advice to the aviation, transportation, financial services, utilities and public sectors.

Shane’s advice and support covers a variety of commercial contracts including outsourced services and supplies agreements, agency and distribution agreements, technology agreements, and settlement agreements.

Shane also has secondment experience with a number of clients including those in central government, policing, water utilities and insurance.
