Practice notes

Reem is an Associate in the London Commercial team, specialising in technology, outsourcing and commercial transactions. Reem has worked with a wide range of clients including international financial institutions and technology companies.

Reem undertook a six month secondment within the commercial team of a multinational technology company and a two week secondment with a Japanese based major colocation, IT solutions and managed services provider whilst she was a trainee with the firm.

Reem’s recent experience includes:

  • Advised a global medical support services company on the provision of their services to UK customers.
  • Advised a leading international insurance company on its licence agreement with a UK software provider.
  • Advised a local government body on various technology agreements.
  • Assisted on a cyber security project for a financial institution.
