Kate is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Management Group. She specialises in Real Estate Litigation.

Kate has experience in advising a wide range of clients including financial institutions, developers, commercial property investors, retail, landowners, corporate occupiers and private landlords.

Kate’s knowledge includes advising on a wide range of contentious property issues including: advice on forfeiture, lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 both opposed and unopposed, dilapidations claims, break notices, rent arrears, boundary disputes, removal of occupiers, enforceability of restrictive covenants, interpretation of lease disputes and agricultural tenancies.
