Csilla is a senior associate in our Banking and Finance team in Edinburgh. She joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2017 after having worked at Allen & Overy for over 9 years. She is dual-qualified in Scotland and Hungary.

Csilla advises on Scottish, English and cross-border financing deals including acquisition finance, energy finance, corporate finance and real estate finance. She acts for both lenders and borrowers including banks, financial institutions, funds and investors on various types of transactions in a number of business sectors.
