Practice notes

Rhodri's practice area encompasses investor work, asset management, disposals and acquisitions, restructuring and clean energy projects.

Rhodri specialises in the real estate elements of restructuring transactions, and renewable energy projects. Rhodri is part of a cross-office team supporting the restructuring group, which acts for all stakeholders in stressed and distressed businesses.

Rhodri has extensive experience in various aspects of commercial property transactions, including Landlord and Tenant work.

Examples of Rhodri's recent experience include:

  • Advising a leading energy and utility company on property aspects for its national programme of ground source heat and bio mass projects, including property vehicle options, and preparing the template ground source/bio mass tailored option and lease documents.
  • Acting on a variety of administration, receivership and liquidation disposals, including overseeing a substantial portfolio sale of mixed use properties, and acting on an administration sale of a large former care home site.
