Karim is an Associate in our Corporate group. He advises on a broad range of matters across the corporate spectrum such as domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, capital markets and group reorganisations.
His work also covers a variety of sectors, from energy & infrastructure and diversified industrials to technology and financial services.
His recent experience includes advising:
- CGN Energy International Holdings Co., Limited on its c. US$ 750 million acquisition of a 540MW solar and wind portfolio in Brazil owned by Enel S.p.A.;
- Dairy Crest Group plc on its £975 million recommended cash acquisition by Saputo Inc.;
- Gresham House Energy Storage Fund plc on its £100 million initial public offering and its acquisition of a 70MW seed portfolio of ESS assets;
- Livingbridge on its acquisition of, and investment in, Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers, , a leading provider of tech-enabled conveyancing services in the UK;
- Aprirose Limited on its c. £130 million acquisition of Spirit Pub Company’s branded pub portfolio.
