Julie is a Principal Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Management practice group of Eversheds LLP. She specialises in Real Estate Litigation.

She has extensive experience in advising both the public and private sector on all aspects of Real Estate Litigation including: Advising large commercial tenants on commercial tenancy management, disputes and lease renewal; dealing with residential and commercial property possession proceedings. She regularly advises clients on contentious property issues and management issues arising from their portfolios including alienation issues, forfeiture and title issues, covenant issues, dilapidations claims and contested lease renewals and is recognised for her particular expertise in the areas of adverse possession, mines and minerals, rail and road and Crown property.

She works with a wide range of clients in a number of different sectors including: corporate occupiers, banks, commercial developers, pension funds, major infrastructure providers, transport companies and public sector clients and has particular expertise in the transport sector.
