Practice notes

Richard is Senior Associate in our Restructuring Team. He advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters for stakeholders in companies in, or anticipating, financial distress.

His work includes: acting for the joint liquidators in a fraudulent trading claim, including the first recorded use in the High Court of technology assisted review in disclosure; advising the administrators of a group of online retailers as to the pre-pack sale of their assets; and acting for a Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 ranked-company on its distressed sale to a private equity investor.

In recognition of his work, Richard was shortlisted for the Rising Star Award at the Turnaround, Restructuring & Insolvency Awards 2016.
