Tim is a Principal Associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution group in London.
He specialises in high value domestic and cross-border disputes, including advising on commercial contract disputes, commercial fraud cases, warranty claims, tort claims and judicial reviews. He is also experienced in utilising alternative dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and mediation. Tim’s international experience includes four years working in the Asia Pacific region and he is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong.
His most recent experience includes: acting for a US chemicals company in a US$100m contractual dispute with a Japanese supplier of business critical manufacturing equipment; advising a global audio/visual supplier in cross-border court and arbitral proceedings in USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, the PRC and Malaysia arising from breakdown of its supply chain; and acting for the Liquidators of a global electronics business in claims exceeding US$300m.
