New edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) to Insurance & Reinsurance 2020 with contribution of Peter Haas and Barbara Klett

    Global Legal Group has published its new edition of the ICLG on «Insurance & Reinsurance 2020». The guide provides an international legal analysis of the laws and regulations of insurance and reinsurance.

    In the section «Country question and answer», Peter Haas and Barbara Klett provide an overview and relevant insights from a Swiss law perspective on regulations, (re)insurance claims, as well as on procedural issues on litigation and arbitration.
