Wierzbowski Eversheds Sutherland supports Polish Confederation Lewiatan in the legislative work on the Act on Employee Capital Plans

Wierzbowski Eversheds Sutherland supports Confederation Lewiatan in the legislative work on the draft Act on Employee Capital Plans. This law is intended to create another element of the common saving system for pension purposes, as well as to be part of the "Plan for Responsible Development", announced by the Council of Ministers on 16 February 2016. Wierzbowski Eversheds Sutherland attorneys Grzegorz Kott (banking and finance) and Paweł Lasota (labour) are engaged in the work for Confederation Lewiatan.
