Eversheds Sutherland Estonia advised sale of Plumbr

We advised the shareholders of Plumbr, an Estonia-based application performance monitoring (APM) company offering auto-instrumentation, Real User Monitoring and deep application performance insights for enterprise applications, in the sale of the company to Splunk Inc., a US-headquartered global provider of the Data-to-Everything Platform.
