    Eversheds Sutherland appointed legal adviser to Electricity Pensions Limited

    Electricity Pensions Limited (EPL) has appointed Eversheds Sutherland as legal adviser to its board of directors. 

    The appointment was made following a competitive tender process.

    EPL is the co-ordinator of the £32bn Electricity Supply Pension Scheme (ESPS) – the industry-wide pension arrangement for the electricity industry. 

    The Eversheds Sutherland advisory team will be led by Partners Sarah Swift and Head of Pensions Francois Barker, with support from Associates Freya Stuart and Elena Tuerk.

    Francois Barker commented:
