Eversheds Sutherland has advised Baladna Food Industries W.L.L (“Baladna”), the largest dairy producer in Qatar and one of the largest fully integrated producers in the MENA region, on all legal and regulatory issues in connection with its IPO on the main market of the Qatar Stock Exchange. The IPO raised QAR 1.42billion (USD 390million) and our Doha team comprising Dani Kabbani (Managing Partner), Samer Sarkis (Principal Associate), Julie Menhem (Senior Associate) and Rhydian Wyn (Associate) advised Baladna throughout its successful market debut.
